DIY FACE MASK

RO: Astazi vreau sa impart cu voi o masca naturala pentru ten care a devenit preferata mea acum multi ani. Din pacate, de multe ori nu imi gasesc timp sa o aplic, dar acum mi-am promis ca macar 1 data pe saptamana sa imi rasfat tenul cu ea.

Aveti nevoie de:

1 lingura de miere

1/2 ulei de masline

Amestecati cele doua ingrediente si intindeti pasta creata pe toata suprafata tenului, chiar si pe gat daca nu va deranjeaza foarte tare. Lasati masca sa actioneze timp de 15-20 de minute, iar apoi indepartati cu apa calduta. Timpul poate sa varieze de la persoana la persoana, veti decide voi dupa cateva aplicari care este timpul necesar pentru ca masca sa isi faca efectul pe tenul vostru.

De ce am ales o masca atat de simpla? Deoarece este foarte hidratanta si am observat ca folosita frecvent ajuta la diminuarea cosurilor. Tenul este vizibil mai catifelat si ce iti poti dori mai mult de la o masca atat de simpla si la indemana?

EN: Today I want to share with you a natural face mask that became my favourite many years ago. Unfortunately, many times I forget to apply it, but now I promised myself that I will use it at least 1 a week.

You will need:

1 tbls of honey

1/2 tbls of olive oil

Mix these two ingredients and apply the mask all over your face, including the neck if it doesn’t bother you. Let it work on your skin for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with warm water. The time you let it on your skin can be different from one person to another, you will be the one who decides after a few applications how many minutes it takes for the mask to do it’s job.

Why did I choose such a simple mask? Because it is very hydrating and I have noticed that when used frequently it helps to diminish pimples. The skin is visibly softer and what could you want more from a home made face mask?
