Dry hair is prone to breakage and heavy tangling, especially in the cold season. I really had a problem with my hair from this point of view. Here are my tips for stubborn tangled hair, that really helped my dry hair:

Apple Cider Vinegar & Water

Mix 1 tbls of apple cider vinegar with 2 tbls of water. If you have really dry hair, add more water. I use this as a leave in conditioner. I mix all these in a spray bottle and I apply it on wet hair and let my hair dry naturally. Don’t worry, the strong smell will disappear when your hair will be dry. This is a very good tip for tangled hair. It refreshes your ends and it makes them more manageable.

Olive oil mask

Apply olive oil mostly on your ends before washing your hair. Leave as long as possible, minimum 30 minutes. Wash off the oil and apply your favourite conditioner. Your hair will feel more soft and hydrated so it won’t tangle as much.

Take a break from conditioner once in a while

I love using conditioner and I got used to apply it everytime after I shampoo my hair, but lately, I’ve skipped this step because I noticed that my hair looks better if I just use shampoo and some heat protectant once in a while. Try using less products on your hair and you will see a difference.
